I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and board-approved LPCC licensure supervisor with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages. My expertise and passion lie in helping teens and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting challenges, and neurodivergence. I also support younger children experiencing anxiety and depression. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, but I adapt my methods to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences. If there’s a specific therapeutic approach you’d like to include in our work, I’m always open to integrating new tools to support your journey.
I believe every person’s life story is a work in progress, and even with a difficult beginning, we can overcome obstacles and create fulfilling lives. I strive to make therapy a comfortable and engaging space, moving at your preferred pace—whether that means diving quickly into goals or taking time to build trust and comfort. Outside the office, I enjoy all things “nerdy,” including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, fantasy football, Star Wars, and Lord of the Rings. I’m also an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy, often using lessons from these stories to enrich therapy and promote self-care. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with my wife and daughter, camping, hiking, or fishing—though I’ll admit I’m no professional angler!
