Hi, I’m Grace Glover, a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist. I welcome individuals, couples, and families to join me as we learn the tools to communicate effectively, navigate life’s difficult transitions, and live authentically as you. If you’re struggling to get through the day. If you’re too tired to find peace or joy. If anxiety is holding you back, give me a call. We’ll get through it together.
I have experience working with the LGBTQIA community, religious trauma, sex and sexuality, chronic health conditions, couples navigating ADHD, and new parents.
It’s important to me to offer care that is culturally competent, trauma-informed, and inclusive. As such, I use a blend of Narrative Family Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Self Compassion to help you develop coping skills and build a meaningful life. Together, we’ll explore how we live and heal in our bodies and how our culture, families, and lived experience shape our mental health and how to embrace your unique strengths.
