I am a licensed therapist with a lot of experience and the ability to help you learn how to help yourself. No one should suffer through each day, and together you and I will figure out how to get to a place of healing and strength. You’ll set goals and reach them, and learn skills and tools to manage life more effectively. I strive to provide a safe space for you to begin that healing journey.
I specialize in grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and disordered eating/ body image issues. I am trained in CBT, ACT, EMDR and most recently in ART, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an innovative, evidence-based approach with remarkable success in treating all of the above issues. I know how hard it can be to ask for help, and you’ve made the step towards looking for a therapist who will be a good fit. I am a down-to-earth person, with a warm, friendly, client-centered approach who is here to help. I am a seasoned guide, but this is your journey and we will figure out your path together.
